I read a comment on a thread about ball-tapping, about how that’s not a sexual assault simply because it involves a sexual area, but that it should have a sexual motive behind it too. So if you grab a man’s balls with a playful motive and he doesn’t find/prove a sexual motive behind it(and of course he won’t) then it’s not sexual assault.
For women, even a touch on arm, however can mean a sexual assault, since it can be viewed from her viewpoint as a result of a sexual motive. Even a dirty, lewd look can be said as a sexual assault.
As pointed out in the link I gave above, male and female sexuality operate in very different ways. The thing is, female sexuality is wild and running free, while male sexuality is being constrained more and more and being made dependant on what females want(sexual harassment laws, rape laws etc). If you read around these circles more, you’ll find out why.
I mean date rape should include men who under the influence of alcohol slept with fat girls they would’ve never slept with if they were in a position of giving consent.
